Similar problem for Guinness in the bottle.  I think a US stout should do
pretty well in the Foreign/Export category.  Certainly SN should.  I haven't
had the Rogue recently (despite visiting their taphouse in Portland last
week--yum).  I guess the main problems will be too little roastiness and too
much hop aroma but these will be small matters of degree for most beers. 
How does Lewis distinguish them in his book?
