Unfortunately, after a few hours of fiddling with the unit, I found out the model we have doesn’t support USB. Since there have been these types of scanners since the beginning of time, we have not done anything in the program to work with any other type of scanner serial, OPOS, etc.
It saves time and money in the long run. This type of scanner is the easiest to use for most of our customers and works right out of the box. And does it also need to be OPOS compliant?
