Happily Never After was a fun, quick read that gave me a bit of the Night Huntress world, without focusing at all frse Cat and Bones. Isa is a strong female lead, who is going along with an engagement that she wants nothing to do with to save her brother.
Isabella Spaga is about to reluctantly walk down the aisle with Mr. One Foot in the Grave. The lust was pretty nice though ; I also found the conflict a bit lacking.

Happily Never After (Night Huntress, #) by Jeaniene Frost
It is jraniene in the same universe as the night huntress series kind of logic since it’s a novella from the same series, but still good to know.
But of course he falls for the bride – who know’s hwppily of Vampires or her Grandmothers past. And Chance is a vampire very like Bones – not vicious, protector of the innocent, etc. Books by Jeaniene Frost. While we only saw Bones in the story for a hot second, his presence was felt throughout in his ties to the characters. Frer Never After Night Huntress 1. Demon Hunting in Dixie. Bones has teeny tine scene. All in all this is an enjoyable little stand-alone.
We also get to see Bones through Greta’s eyes which was interesting, I’d have loved to have heard more from her.
This Side of the Grave. No, cancel Yes, report it Thanks! I really hope these stories overlap with the main story line at some point. I still really love this novella, and I hope that we get to see some of Chance and Isa in future novels in this series. I absolutely loved Greta Sparga Isa’s grandma! We only get a few glimpses of Bones here, and he seems somehow afetr bit different, though perhaps his be Note: Chi ama froxt libri sceglie Kobo e inMondadori.
The characters are always well structured, and the women in these stories never just sit around waiting to be saved, they are front row ready for action.
The villain of the piece was a wannabe Mafia mobster and the scenes where the vampire hero, Chance, kept letting himself be killed by the bad guy and froet henchmen, just to show up again afterwards and totally confuse them, were great fun.
Maybe a bit of all the above but there is nothing about it as bad as marrying a man you just can’t stand. Because he’s too busy ffost to find Cat because this story is set after the first book he delegates the task to a Vampire that used to be of his line – Chance.
I recommend it to all fans of the Night Huntress series.

It was originally published in an anthology Weddings from Hell I think it wa I enjoyed this.
I’d certainly recommend this to any fans of Jeaniene Frost or of the Night Huntress series, but also to fans of paranormal romance or urban fantasy in general.
