After spen The first shalfis in the trilogy about the Wilder brothers – T. I enjoyed this audible book so much, I purchased the next one before I finished this one. Shalvis used a word to describe those man parts that I attradtion remember hearing before.
Not having any idea what to do with his life if not competing he took a year off to find himself once again, he never did though and just decided to come back home once again after a whole year without writing or letting his loved ones know what had happened to him.
Cameron Wilder on the other hand as been avoiding life since his skiing accident took away his professional career. Bottom line, I liked it enough but not exactly a Shalvis’ winner in my book.
So she packs up and heads out to the unknown and salvis up in the town of Wishful. Shalvis blesses this story with heartbreaking and humorous moments.
Cameron Wilder was a professional athlete until an accident that cost him his profession. The most hilarious part their family walks on them whenever things are about to get hot and heavy or they are about to have a conversation. With her month coming to a close and a ski trip accident, Cam is too late to stop her from leaving after her vow of love for him. Ali Winters is not having a good day.
These two are instantly attracted to each other, but dance around it beautifully. Country Music Fan It was a really great mouth. I really liked how the book opened with this attratcion — my attention was immediately captured and we were off to a great start.
Any resemblance to the quirky characters in her books is, um, mostly coincidental. I love that they spend a lot of time together so you get to see their relationship build.
I even fell for the damn stray cat, Chuck! Go ahead, say it. With Jill Shalvis, there’s three things that stand out: She relishes the opportunity to indulge in a simple way of life. Everyone blames Aiden for what happened, but he doesn’t remember, nor is he sure he wants to remember. They were a perfect fit, each being exactly what the other needed, in life, in bed, and in love. And I have to say that the guy on the cover of the book fit his description perfectly–grim.
However, when it comes to the romantic relationship, no matter how much I loved Katie, I didn’t feel that invested towards her and Cam’s.
Illegitimate son of a mother who left the family when he was born, and a biological father he never knew, the father who raised him gave him up at the age of eight to Cam’s young 18 year old aunt. Problem is, her only ride to Lake Tahoe comes in the form of the annoyingly handsome Max Stranton and his big, goofy, lovable dog, Carl.
I mean, really, I should’ve known that a book with the actual title “Instant Attraction” was most likely not going to be my thing. Instant Atrraction, the first book in the Wilder series was awesome! I especially liked that the story was set in winter. Katie is at the point in her life where she’s not sure what she wants or where she wants to end up, both physically and emotionally.
I liked them together and that they were both battling having to figure out how to live their lives again after trauma. It almost felt like it was an other character. I was laughing at loud. Accountant Katie Kramer is a quintessential good girl–working hard, recycling diligently, all the while trying to ignore the feeling that she doesn’t fit in anywhere.
Cam’s older brothers seem interesting, as do the women that it looks like they’ll be paired up with. This was a really great story. More Stars Would you consider the audio edition of Instant Attraction to be better than the print version?
Once work gets a bit more settle and I can get some more free time again I’ll come back to the pnr-romance world once more but for now I’m happy in the girly, dreamy world, LOL. The two meet when Cam finds Katie aka Goldie Locks in his bed after he returns home from his time away.
Those Wilder men are irresistible. Accountant Katie Kramer is a quintessential good girl—working hard, recycling diligently, all the while trying to ignore the feeling that she doesn’t fit in anywhere.

Listening to her in shalvsi sexy times was a wee bit weird. She was so irrational. She is the strength of this book for me. She wants to live her life “balls to the wall”, as she puts it, wanting to experience things that she’d usually never consider, living one daredevil escapade after another. Katie Kramer got a wake up call one day. Under extreme pressure, neurosurgeon Maggie Sullivan knows she needs to slow down, and the best place she can do that is Sullivan’s Crossing, the land and store at the crossroads of the Colorado and Continental Divide Trails.
Or being mad and telling him he needed to fix it but refusing to tell him why she was mad or what he could do fix things. Books by Jill Shalvis.
